She is a qualified Personal Trainer specializing in exercise for older adults, a Human Performance Coach (NACC), and a Meditation Teacher and Life Coach.
Her programs are built on science-backed methods for healthy aging, focusing on brain health, functional fitness, longevity, and mindset.
But what makes Schellea’s approach different is that it’s not just education it’s lived experience. She’s personally faced the emotional, physical, and hormonal shifts of menopause and understands what it feels like to be overwhelmed by fatigue, bloating, brain fog, stubborn weight gain, and disconnection from your body.
